This section provides an overview on ethical-legal concerns raising in this field from the interaction among humans, between humans and machines, and among machines. The contribution focuses, in the first part, on the flexible and “agile” workflow, in the second part, on “collaborative” economy, and in the second part on the replacement of workers by Artificial Intelligence.
