Supply chains are more vulnerable than ever due to the complexity of today’s business environment. The supply chain resilience (SCRES) and supply chain risk management (SCRM) literatures have grown significantly in recent years; however, there are only few studies dealing with SCRES for specific emergent risks, such as cyber risks. Cyber risks can have detrimental effects on SCs and has been recognized in the literature as a key theme that is still under-investigated. This research aims at exploring perceptions and managerial approaches of Italian firms to create cyber resilience. Through an empirical investigation on a sample of 210 Italian firms, we test the conceptual model by using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique.

Abstract
Supply chains are more vulnerable than ever due to the complexity of today’s business environment. The supply chain resilience (SCRES) and supply chain risk management (SCRM) literatures have grown significantly in recent years; however, there are only few studies dealing with SCRES for specific emergent risks, such as cyber risks. Cyber risks can have detrimental effects on SCs and has been recognized in the literature as a key theme that is still under-investigated. This research aims at exploring perceptions and managerial approaches of Italian firms to create cyber resilience. Through an empirical investigation on a sample of 210 Italian firms, we test the conceptual model by using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
