This paper presents an AnaGen derived flow, customized for low dropout linear regulators (LDOs) used in CMOS power management integrated circuits (PMICs). The proposed approach replaces the traditional manual sizing techniques used by analog designers with a software platform, making use of automation tools and precise methodologies (such as gm/Id technique). The generator is suitable for LDOs used in PMICs or System Basis Chip (SBC) products that have various requirements, depending on their use in different applications. The main advantage is that of providing reliable and feasible solutions with significantly less development time compared to the traditional manual methods. For 9 LDO modules, the implementation time is reduced by 40% by using this generator.

Abstract
For 9 LDO modules, the implementation time is reduced by 40% by using this generator.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
