In the last decades, analytical philosophy rediscovered themes and problems of traditional metaphysics, which its founding fathers did not consider precisely for the reason that they are “metaphysical”. After some general remarks about this new tendency, the authors of the essay focus on two particular issues: De Caro deals with human freedom and De Anna with natural theology. The authors deal with these themes through a critical survey of the main arguments pro and against the theses which are most discussed in current debates.

Abstract
In the last decades, analytical philosophy rediscovered themes and problems of traditional metaphysics, which its founding fathers did not consider precisely for the reason that they are “metaphysical”. After some general remarks about this new tendency, the authors of the essay focus on two particular issues: De Caro deals with human freedom and De Anna with natural theology. The authors deal with these themes through a critical survey of the main arguments pro and against the theses which are most discussed in current debates.File in questo prodotto:
