Abstract
Taking as its model the practice in English and American universities of the publication by the students of an “Alternative prospectus”, which not only contradicts the official version, but also presents itself as a practical survival guide, this on-line text makes analytical bibliography accessible for learners by identifying and describing the unspoken principles that underlie a scholarly and critical tradition. The survey explains “how to read” the most important texts in the same tradition and furnishes ample further bibliographical information. The final chapter contains an alphabetical and conceptual listing of themes, key-words and problems relating to how one does analytical bibliography.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
