The aim of the present Ph.D. thesis is to make a contribution to the debate about continuity of psychiatric disorders during development. Data collection was conducted with both categorical and dimensional assessment tools oriented to online use. A clinical sample of children and adolescents was assessed and longitudinally re-assessed. Specific profiles of behavioural-emotional problems were considered in respect to their neuropsychological features and personality risk factors.

Abstract
