Elements of the arthropod fauna in the eastern suburbs of Portogruaro (VE). Contribution V. The results of the fifth survey of arthropod fauna, conducted in 2015, in a mixed urban and rural area located in the eastern suburbs of Portogruaro (Venezia district, Veneto region, north-eastern Italy) are reported. 40 species of insects and spiders were observed, 19 of them were not detected in the four previous contributions. The occurrence of some taxa, as two parasitoid species, Zodion cinereum and Ectophasia crassipennis (Diptera), and two pollinator species, Eucera longicornis and Coelioxys aurolimbata (Hymenoptera), is of particular interest because of their behavioural features. The presence of ditches, headlands, hedgerows, farm roads and alfalfa fields in the agro-ecosystems is emphatized, since they promote the biodiversity (i.e. species richness).
