This article presents the techniques applicable to the measurement of voltage, current and temperature, which were included in the proposed microcontrolled data acquisition system in a electric car, which has the purpose from its data acquisition to contribute to efficiency of electric vehicles. An implementation of signal conditioning, sensor and hardware management circuits was done and, with completed project it was made a printed circuit boards. The experiments were developed to compare them to the simulations, as well as a reference measurement instrument, in order to perform a statistical analysis of the error. The system developed attend on request, in the worst case approximately 82% of the measurement data with errors were record, and in the best case 99.7% in measurements that takes almost two hours.

Abstract
This article presents the techniques applicable to the measurement of voltage, current and temperature, which were included in the proposed microcontrolled data acquisition system in a electric car, which has the purpose from its data acquisition to contribute to efficiency of electric vehicles. An implementation of signal conditioning, sensor and hardware management circuits was done and, with completed project it was made a printed circuit boards. The experiments were developed to compare them to the simulations, as well as a reference measurement instrument, in order to perform a statistical analysis of the error. The system developed attend on request, in the worst case approximately 82% of the measurement data with errors were record, and in the best case 99.7% in measurements that takes almost two hours.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
