Calcio professionistico e contrasto ai fenomeni di mobbing: a che punto siamo?

After a brief digression on the concept of mobbing, the paper focuses on the factors that acted as early signs of the development of the case in point and on the instruments that offer protection to victims, both directly and indirectly, evaluating its effectiveness by applying it to two concrete cases. Finally, a brief analysis of the changes introduced in sport related work by the d. lgs. 36/2021 is done to evaluate possible extension from a subjective point of view of the case in point.
