The article deals with the interpretation of some provisions of Italian law n. 86/2024, following the Constitutional Court’s ruling no. 192/2024. Special attention is devoted to the implementation and the follow-up of the agreements established between State and Regions according to article 116 of the Constitution and the law concerned.
