The commentary examines certain procedural aspects of two related rulings, in which the Constitutional Court, on the one hand, finds that a state body (the Electoral Guarantee Board) has infringed upon the Region’s powers by misapplying a law, and, on the other hand, rules out the exist ence of a legal interest in a dispute where the statements contained in a judgment are not capable of becoming final.
