This study develops a metaphysics of legal experience by seeking the meaning of positive law and identifying it in the realization of justice, implemented according to the classical formula of suum cuique tribuere. Subsequently, human nature, shared by all yet realized individually, is recognized as the objective criterion on the basis of which each person is rendered their due. This nature acts as a dynamic principle that orients legal experience toward human flourishing and the common good.

Abstract
This study develops a metaphysics of legal experience by seeking the meaning of positive law and identifying it in the realization of justice, implemented according to the classical formula of suum cuique tribuere. Subsequently, human nature, shared by all yet realized individually, is recognized as the objective criterion on the basis of which each person is rendered their due. This nature acts as a dynamic principle that orients legal experience toward human flourishing and the common good.File in questo prodotto:
