In this paper new characterization of the heart of a hypergroup are determined, and a new class of hypergroups is found, where the sub-hypergroups generated from an subset coincides with the union of the product of a finite number of elements from the set. Finally, in the last paragraph, the notion of a strongly regular homomorphism is introduced and a theorem of isomorphism is obtained.
