The word 'confidenza' is analyzed in terms of its etymological family from which it comes, in its relation with the verbs 'affidare' and 'fidare', the nouns 'fede' and 'affido', the adjectives 'confidenziale' and 'diffidente', etc. In this framework, the meaning that De Signoribus derives from the word 'confidenza' seems to be born from the fusion of three semantic components: tension against a plural entity, movement in a precise direction, and a strong will to research.

Abstract
The word 'confidenza' is analyzed in terms of its etymological family from which it comes, in its relation with the verbs 'affidare' and 'fidare', the nouns 'fede' and 'affido', the adjectives 'confidenziale' and 'diffidente', etc. In this framework, the meaning that De Signoribus derives from the word 'confidenza' seems to be born from the fusion of three semantic components: tension against a plural entity, movement in a precise direction, and a strong will to research.File in questo prodotto:
