Abstract
Minimally invasive oral and maxillofacial surgery is now being developed for virtuallyall minor and major oral and maxillo- facial surgeries, and developments are now focused on facial trauma surgery. This article assesses the feasibility of reducing isolated zy- gomatic arch fractures using the intraoral lateral coronoid approach. The procedure is cost-effective and timesaving, as it can be per- formed under local anesthesia in an emergency department or simi- lar clinical setting and does not need postoperative hospitalization if no other comorbidities are present.File in questo prodotto:
